Sir Iain Noble

1976 auf der Isle of Skye gründete ein gewisser Sir Iain Noble ein Unternehmen, welches als unabhängiger Abfüller für schottischen Vatted Malt agiert. Am bekanntesten ist der Abfüller für seine Blended Malt Whiskys, jedoch gibt es hin und wieder auch eigens kreierte Single Malts. Dabei gibt es drei Marken- Namen unter denen ihre Blends verkauft werden: Poit Dhubh, Té Bheag sowie MacNaMara.

Besonderheit des 21- jährigen

Die bottlers Notes:
Ein Aroma, dass als sehr sanft beschrieben wird. Das Aroma erinnert an Vanille, Eiche sowie Torfrauch. Im Geschmack entwickelt sich ein kraftvoller Körper. Aromen sind hier vor alle, wieder Torf, Trockenobst sowie durch die Lagerung in Sherry Cask leicht süßliche Sherry Wood Noten.
