Absinth Bleue wird nach einer alten Rezeptur sowie einer alten Methode destilliert. Verantwortlich für Ihn ist ein kleiner Familienbetrieb im Kanton Neuchâtel, welches Spirituosen im kleinen Handwerklichen Stil produziert.
