Vermouth

Vermouth is one of the most popular aperitifs and has a long tradition in cocktail making. Classics such as the Dry Martini, Manhattan or Negroni would be unthinkable without vermouth. Among the best known brands in this segment are Noilly Prat, Dolin and Carpano Punt e Mes. If enjoyed neat vermouth should be served slightly chilled or on ice.
