Malt Whisky

For the production of malt whisky only malted barley, water and yeast is allowed to be used. In fact blended whisky plays the biggest role on the international whiskey market and large quantities of malt whisky are used in its production. Today brands such as Glenfiddich, Macallan, Bowmore, Ardbeg, Lagavulin or Nikka offer a wide range of malt whisky in diffenert styles and the market share of malt whisky is constantly growing.
