Spice Liqueur

Since time immemorial people flavored their spirits with herbs, spices and sugar, even when it is not exactly known when the first spice liqueur was produced. The variety of spice liqueurs created in the last centuries is enormous and brands such as Chartreuse, Tia Maria, Drambuie, Benedictine or Galliano are tasty excamples. Besides being used in cocktail and long drink classics such as the White Russian or Rusty Nail, many spice liqueurs shine bright when enjoyed neat or over ice.
