Sloe Gin

Sloe gin is made from dry gin, sloe berries (a wild growing little plum) and sugar and therefore more or less a sweet type a fruit gin. Many bartenders use it in cocktails and long drinks such as the Sloe Gin & Tonic or Sloe Gin Fizz. Todays variety is growing and sloe gin of The Bitter Truth, Monkey 47, Boudier and Hayman's are some of the best products in this small but tasty gin segment.
