Zuidam Liqueur de Chocolat ist ein hochwertiger Schokoladenlikör, hergestellt aus feinem Cognac, Kakaobohnen und Bourbon-Vanille. In einem speziellen Verfahren werden die Kakaobohnen geröstet, anschließend für 9 Monate in Cognac mazeriert und danach mit Vanille und Zucker verfeinert.
