Pastis 51

Pastis 51 ist der große Gegenspieler zu Pernod und Ricard und wird in Marseille im Süden Frankreichs seit 1951 produziert. Pastis 51 ist eine delikate Anisspirituose die traditionell mit eiskaltem Wasser verdünnt getrunken wird.

Durch die Zugabe von Wasser trübt sich das Destillat smaragd-grün ein.
Am Gaumen mit delikaten, appettitanregenden Noten von Fenchel, Lakritz, Sternanis und einer Vielzahl an aromatischen Kräutern und Gewürzen.
